Chore Jacket
13.5oz collect mills denim (JAPAN) with hammered copper buttons - also from Japan.
This denim is crispy and will take a little while to break it, but if you can give it some time it will soften up beautifully. I’ve rinsed this once, so most of the shrinkage will have come out.
Fit
This jacket is cut as a traditional chore jacket, intended to be worn as an outer layer with room for light layering underneath.

How to measure
Chest
Measured across the front, 2.5 cm below the armpit, with the garment laid flat.
Length
Measured from the base of the back collar to the hem.
Sleeve
Measured from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
Shoulder
Measured across the back, shoulder to shoulder.
All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Tolerance ±0.5 cm.
How to compare with a jacket you own
Measure a jacket you already like the fit of.
Lay it flat, buttoned or zipped, and measure the chest across the front, 2.5 cm below the armpit. Compare this to the half-chest measurement in the table above. Shoulder width can help if you prefer a closer or broader fit through the upper body.
Sizing note
This jacket is sized for layering.
Medium = 40, Large = 42.
If you’re between sizes, size down for a closer fit or size up for more room.
